SOUTHERN CROSS AUSTEREO CELEBRATES TRIPLE M WINS AND CONTINUED TODAY NETWORK DOMINANCE

Triple M is back in force celebrating convincing share gains in Melbourne and Sydney. This result, with the dominant Today Network, continues to maintain Southern Cross Austereo as the FM radio leaders in metro Australia.

#3 FM Sydney breakfast place for The Grill Team with Matty Johns, MG and Gus Worland proves they are delivering outstanding radio for Triple M. It’s a fitting result for a well loved heritage station. Kyle and Jackie O continue to lead the market with their famous ‘Breakfast with the Stars’, celebrating over four years as Sydney’s best FM breakfast at #1.

The Matt and Jo Show continue to lead the way on Melbourne’s Fox FM and Eddie McGuire, Mick Molloy and Luke Darcy jump to #2 in FM breakfast for Triple M. Southern Cross Austereo in Melbourne can now claim #1 and #2 in FM breakfast and overall , a station duopoly that delivers the strongest audience numbers in the country.

In a tightly contested market in Brisbane B105 holds its #2 FM rating and looks forward to some share gains as it welcomes Abbey Coleman to the B105 breakfast team. Triple M Brisbane jumps up one full share point in breakfast, securing the #4 position.
SAFM and Triple M in Adelaide hold #2 and #4 respectively.

Perth continues its stronghold with Mix 94.5 leading at # 1 for all radio stations while 92.9 comes in #3 amongst the FM stations.
